Transcript of Veterinarians

What is a veterinarian?
A veterinarian is essentially a trained professional who works to help and cure suffering animals.
"If we could talk to the animals, learn their languages think of all the things we could discuss, if we could walk with the animals, talk with the animals, grunt and squeak and squawk like the animals, and they could squeak and squawk and speak and talk to us."

-Dr. Dolittle
Hello my name is Kimberly Velasco and my topic is about veterinarians.
A veterinarian is essentially a trained professional who works to help and cure suffering animals.
I spent a total of 24 hours on the physical part of my project.

Gave the owners treats for them to give to their companions after their visit at the hospital
Got a tour of a Veterinary Office
At first I became interested in this topic because I thought it was a pretty easy job, just spending a lot of time with animals and help curing them. But I learned that there's much more than that.
From doing my project on veterinarians, I learned that there is so much more to just helping and curing animals.
