Transcript of Fun Facts About The Cell Membrane

Animal Cells
The Cell Membrane completely surrounds cells and keeps their interiors separate from their home/environment .
Nucleolus
There are only one Nucleolus in each cell , it would be weird having two brains right ?
Endoplasmic Reticulum has a lot of functions such as the folding of protein molecules.

Cell Membrane
During Cell Division the Cell Membrane breaks off into two cells each surrounded by the same original membrane.
All cells have a Cell Membrane , The Cell Membrane is located right out the cell wall.
The Nucleolus is inside of the Nuclear Envelope
The most important functions of the Nucleolus to store the cells genetic information such as DNA
Endoplasmic Reticulum
The Endoplasmic Reticulum is a network of tubules and vesicles within cells
There are two types of endoplasmic reticulum: rough endoplasmic reticulum(rough ER) and smooth endoplasmic reticulum (smooth ER).
Golgi Bodies
A major function is the modifying, sorting and packaging of proteins for secretion.
The Golgi apparatus is a major organelle in most of the eukaryote cells
The Golgi complex is thus referred as post office where the molecules are packaged, labeled and sent to different parts of the cell
