the results to their clients Companies must identify their
strengths and make them better. HP brings in most of its money
from outsourcing. #7 The best companies
outsource to win, not to shrink. Many companies outsource to win,
not to save money. #8 How you do things as a company matters more today than ever. Companies have sales on top-notch goods, though they are still not out-dated. Most national retailers have the same
basic store design and opperations. Even companies like SAKS and
NIEMAN MARCUS are expensive
retailers that copy off eachothers ideas. The only way a company can survive is
to inspire trust with customers.
