Before We Start...
What is
Rules of Procedure ???
Chair
Chair is the person who controls
the whole conference. Delegates should obey the chair's instruction.
Pages
Delegates are allowed to ask pages to send notes to other delegates or the chair.
Delegates
In the conference room, you are a delegate. You need to be diplomatic, and cooperate with other delegates.
Roll Call
When the chair call your country's name, please answer
present
or
present and voting

You are allowed to abstain
during the voting procedure.
Procedural Voting is not
allowed to abstain !!!!
Goal
To pass the Draft Resolution!!!!

You can only say either yes or no during the voting procedure.

After the roll call, the chair will announce the

If there are 30 delegates,
the simple majority
