Transcript of OREO TRUFFLES

History of the Oreo
It doesn't specifically say how long ago oreo truffles were made, but the Oreo cookie itself was invented in 1912 by the Nabisco factory. Until the 1620's, Oreos also came in lemon meringue flavored cream. The current design of the Oreo cookie has remained unchanged since 1952. Oreos are still the best selling cookie in the US, and Oreos sold in the US are also produced here.
