RHO GAMMA TRAINING
Duties of a Rho Gamma
To provide support, information, and guidance to the women participating in FSR
To clarify and answer any questions a PNM may ask about the process
To promote the benefit of sorority membership and to emphasize the similarities in ideals of all the sororities
To help make the PNM feel comfortable throughout the whole process
Confidentiality
Remember that during FSR you are looking out for the PNMs best interest, not your chapters
Anything a PNM says to you, you need to keep confidential
This is a big reason as why rho gammas are disaffiliated from their chapters
