With it's conveniently placed headphone jack, you can easily plug it your computer while typing up a paper, and listen to music without disturbing others in the near by area.
We have set the speaker to an ideal volume range to not only be able to focus on your homework while listening to some light tunes, but to also not disturb others with any loud and obnoxious music.

The second option is the classic option, in which your table is delivered with a beautiful Birch wood finish, without paint.
This classic option is ideal for anyone who desires that traditional wood finish without any crazy coloring or patterns.
Since we have to go through the delicate process of hand painting your customized Table, of course the customized option will cost a little bit more.
Speakers come in all kinds of materials, sizes, and shapes; In their versatility, speakers enable you to: listen to music on your iPod or MP3 player, enjoy a film at the movies or hear a friend’s voice over the phone. In order to transfer the energy between electrical signals and audible sound, we had to create a transducer.
In our project we had to focus on several physics concepts. Because we made a “transducer” speaker we had an Electric current go through a coil we wrapped above the magnets creating an electromagnet. The coil’s magnetic field reacts against the fixed magnet field to move the coil closer and farther away from each other. The diaphragm then moves with the coil to move air to make sound waves. Speakers contain an electromagnet: a metal coil which creates a magnetic field when an electric current flows through it. This coil behaves much like a normal (permanent) magnet, with one particularly handy property: reversing the direction of the current in the coil flips the poles of the magnet. This same basic idea of physically determined natural frequencies applies throughout physics in mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and even throughout the realm of modern physics. Inside a speaker, an electromagnet is placed in front of a permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is fixed firmly into position whereas the electromagnet is mobile. through the coil of the electromagnet, the direction of its magnetic field is rapidly changed. This means that it is in turn attracted to and repelled from the permanent magnet, vibrating back and forth.
The electromagnet is attached to a cone made of a flexible material such as paper or plastic which amplifies these vibrations, pumping sound waves into the surrounding air and towards your ear
Another physics concept we had to focus on was frequency. The frequency of the vibrations governs the pitch of the sound produced, and their amplitude affects the volume – turn your stereo up high enough and you might even be able to see the diaphragm covering the cone move. To reproduce all the different frequencies of sound in a piece of music faithfully, top quality speakers typically use different sized cones dedicated to high, medium and low frequencies. A microphone uses the same mechanism as a speaker in reverse to convert sound into an electrical signal. In fact, you can even use a pair of headphones as a microphone!
