Odyssey: Temptations Circe
Hunger Sirens The Crew Lotus "The lovely voices in ardor appealing over the water made me crave to listen, and I tried to say 'untie me!' to the crew, jerking my brows; but they bent steady to the oars" Circe turned Odysseus' men into animals. But she was on Odysseus' side and warned him of the sirens. The Lotus-Eaters offered the flower to eat but the crew knew better than to eat it becasue it causes you to lose the hope of home... Ithaca. Ex: Cattle of the sun god... they were tempted
to eat the cattle due to hunger when they were
warned not to.
The crew is always tempted
to do something. Odysseus warns
them to not do anything, but they
dont listen. Created by:
Graylin Heustess & Amanda Penteris.
