Discuss with your supervisor about the expecations they have from you

Supervision usually goes beyond the professional relationship.

Prepare your meetings
Know what you want
Ask questions
Seek feedback from many sources
Remember:
When you feel that something is going wrong, try to find every week something that you did quite well.
(and don't forget the D.O.W.S)
