Basic principles of flexible work schedule
The main facts about
National Paying Agency
The National Paying Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture (Agency) is the only accredited institution managing the measures of support for agriculture, rural development and fisheries.
Established on 11 of November in 1999.
Flexible work schedule
the possibility to choose the time of beginning and finishing working hours within a two-hour range.
WORK START TIME
Lunch break
from 11 a. m. till 1 p. m. (the total duration is 45 min.)
THE END OF WORK
Monday - Thursday from 4 p. m. till 6 p. m.
Friday from 2:45 p. m. till 4:45 p. m.
The organizational structure
The register of departures is not used:
an employee leaves work place after his work hours or during lunch time (between 11-13 o'clock, the total duration can't be longer then 45 min.);
short time absence - leaving work place for less then 10 min.

Departures from NPA work place because of work issues (work group meetings, conferences, meetings with applicants, service providers, social partners...) when the absence is not approved by Director's official order.

Employee's departures from work place because of personal reasons during his/her working hours

Planned departures from work place during work hours because of work issues without returning back

Cases when an employee has to visit Secretariat cabinets or reception rooms that are alocated behind security check (NPA central office);

Departure is approved by Director's official order (business trip for 2 or more days) or official report (local business trip);
