Menopause is the complete depletion of a woman’s egg (ova) supply, which results in decreased estrogen production and the complete ending of the menstrual cycle.

Menopause Menopause is complete depletion of a woman's eggs (ova), which results in a decreased production of estrogen, and the ending of the menstrual cycle. Symptoms ■Irregular periods
■Decreased fertility
■Vaginal dryness
■Hot flashes
■Sleep disturbances
■Mood swings
■Increased abdominal fat
■Thinning hair
■Loss of breast fullness Causes Menopause normally occurs naturally in women after the age of 45. However, it can also occur earlier in life due to hormonal treatment for endometriosis, hysterectomies, chemotherapy, and certain immune diseases. Treatment The main treatment option is Menopause Hormonal Treatment (MHT), but it is only recommended to only be used temporarily during the transition period. Other than this, dealing with menopause is treating the symptoms. To avoid hot flashes, use a fan; use lube when having sex; Get sleep and stay physically active to avoid memory loss and mood swings.
