Student’s task in school are busy,although tissue is a daily necessity, everyone use it everyday,customers do not have much spare time go to the supermarket to buy tissue.Therefore,tissue's market demand is very large, so our business sell the tissue is in line with market demand.Our business will focus on selling tissue to students and staffs mainly living in school’s dormitories for their convenience.We strive for selling high-quality products at low price as far as possible. Let our customers spend happily, use safely.
First of all,all of our commodities are the genuine article.
Secondly,we will offer resonable price to customers.
Thridly,we provide  telephone ordering and online   ordering,deliver the goods to customer on time and fast.
Moreover,we will prepare some small gifts for customers.
Finally, we will ensure that the situation

As tissue is a necessity for daily use,the tissue market is one of the strongest growing segments in forest products, especially in the mature markets of North America. Over the last 10 years the North American tissue market has expanded 2.1% annually while the rest of the world has grown by 4.6% annually.And the worldwide tissue growth nearly double that of North America.

The store in our school also has some kinds of tissue which our customers prefer to buy.If the store has some special offer that will cause our business's loss of customers,because our business’s advantage is to give the convenience to our customers to buy the tissue.

The supermarket near our school has a service that if students buy things reach over 100mop can enjoy the service of sending the goods to the dormitory or anywhere you want directly for free.
The competition of our business is mainly form two aspects.
Operation
Our booth of selling tissue is planned to establish in the basketball court near G seat or in the ground floor of library.There will be two people stock from manufacturer constantly for they're familiar with price of tissue,one person responsible for managing booth,the rest two people deliver goods to customers' domitories.(Except two people for stocking,the rest 3 people can be transfered freely when needed.)

At the beginning,we want to sell food suchas snacks or dessert.Then we found  many business sell mainly related to food. Conversely, the tissue what our company sold is the customer's necessities, therefore, this is a special business opportunity.

We will get the goods from wholesaler and we set our price according to the average of different supermarkets in Macau.
According the frequency of tissue using and need of customers, we assume that the number of customers is 2500 to estimate the cost and profit. The cost include rent and fax. The improving efficiency and grasp the market is project for upcome three quarters. It’s expected that we will create interest. The profit is increasing in the upcome quarters.
