Fractions make me hungry. I think of pizza, chocolate bars, pie and anything I share and cut into pieces. Some fractions may have different numerators and denominators, but represent the same amount. These are called Equivalent Fractions.
These fraction pictures represent equivalent fractions.
1/2 = 2/4 1/3 = 4/12 2/3 = 4/6
