Muscle Project- Deltoid and Pectoralis Major
the Deltoid is the triangular muscle of the shoulder that forms the rounded flesh of the outer part of the upper arm

Origin: Clavicle

Insertion: Humerus (lateral side about half-way down- deltoid tubercle
Function/Action: abducts upper arm
The Pectoralis Major is a large, fan-shaped muscle that covers much of the front upper chest
Insertion: Humerus (greater tubercle)
Origin: Clavicle (medial half), sternum, coastal cartilages of the true ribs
Function/Action: Flexes and adducts upper arm
