In the construction of the parachutes history from the 1500s to 1800s, French balloonists made a big contribution,
Otherwise the US army used parachutes often for airborne attacks and defense; in 1944 US troops and allies sent 20,000 soldiers into Holland. The American army even made the use of more square shaped T-11 chutes which were effective in holding more equipment.
Together, the contribution of many innovative and brave people made the parachute what is it today in its many forms.
One successful drop directly on target.
There were many contributors:

1617: Vernazio - 帳跳傘
1783: Joseph and Jacques Montgolfier - Innovated 帳跳傘
1785: Jean Pierre Blanchard - Emergency 跳傘
1797: Andrew Garnerin and Lalandes: 帳跳傘 with slits
1890: Kathchen Paulus and Paul Letterman: Storeable 跳傘
Drops and Data
This was a decent project, in which I learned more about parachutes than I ever have. After my group finished the parachute trials we actually had two pefect landings on the target, but their times of falling were not on record. When we tried having an egg passenger the egg cracked as well. During this project I had pracitce using the charcters for time, and for parachutes.
