Light Facts!
What is a shadow?: A shape produced by an object coming between rays of light and a surface.

How is a shadow formed?: A shadow is made when something or someone blocks light. A clear object will not make any shadow, as the light will pass straight through it.

How fast does light travel?: Light travels 186,000 miles per second.
Fireworks are one beautiful source of light. Paper fireworks are called Chinese Paper Poppers in China. Fireworks are made from coloured gun powder and are admired in many countries.
