When I arrived in Cleveland, Bilingual program was Stage 4, and SPED was Stage 3. Within one year, Bilingual was lowered to Stage 2, and SPED decreased to Stage 1.
No federal program is in a PBMAS level for program compliance.
Implemented Region IV yearly review of DIP & CIP.
Worked with HR department to determine staff certification and HQ needs to complete HQ reports
