VS Who Is better? Behind every great Marvel Hero And Villan there is Stan Lee. Stan Lee started publishing Marvel comics in 1961 and since then Marvel has become the number 1 comic provider and number 1 hero maker, making heroes such as... Captain America History: Steve Rogers grew up in the Great Depression in New York City. Although he was frail and rejected for service in the U.S. Army, he was given a chance to serve his country.

General Chester Phillips offered him a place in a top-secret biological experiment, Operation: Rebirth. Steve Rogers was injected with the experimental Super Soldier Serum and exposed to low-level radiation to enhance the formula’s effectiveness. After combat training Captain America was transferred base to base under the guise of a private in the Army. All the while Cap was thwarting Hitler and the Nazis at every opportunity. Peter lived a quite sheltered life until the day he attended a radiation demonstration on school trip. A spider exposed to radiation bit Peter, passing along to Peter spider like abilities like the ability to cling to walls and spider like strength. At first Pete used his powers to make money going into show business. During his short career, a burglar ran past Peter. Not feeling it was his responsibility Peter didn't think much of it. After returning home, Peter Parker found that the same burglar had murdered his Uncle Ben. Peter captured the crook at a nearby warehouse. Spider-Man then entertainer was no more, but Spider-Man the super hero was just beginning. Peter realized with great power.. comes great responsibility. The Hulk Real Name: Robert Banner
Occupation: Unemployed, former nuclear physicist
Operations: Mobile
Powers: The more angry the Hulk gets the stronger the Hulk gets! The Hulk also possesses a superhuman healing factor on top of his super strength and near invulnerability.
Enemies: Modok, The Leader, ETC History: Robert Bruce Banner was born in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Dr. Brian Banner and Rebecca Banner. He was loved by his mother, but hated by his alcoholic father, who was extremely jealous of his relationship with his mother.

Brian Banner (Father of bruce) finally murdered his wife when she attempted to leave with Bruce. Bruce was raised by Rebecca's sister and later attended Science High School. He diverted his anger into his study of science.

Banner was a highly withdrawn intellectual unable to cope with emotions. Obtaining his doctorate in nuclear physics from the California Institute of Technology, Banner went to work at a nuclear research facility at Desert Base, New Mexico.

Before the days before the Gamma Bomb accident that would create the Hulk, Banner's father was released from the mental hospital. This release would lead up to the last confrontation between Bruce Banner and his father at his mother's grave.

Brian Banner accused Bruce of being evil and a monster that was a threat to mankind. Years of frustration had built up. Years where Brian Banner had accused Bruce of being a monster even as a child. Here at his mother's gravesite his father was coming at him again physically striking him again as well as verbally.

Bruce knocked to the ground lashes out causing Brian Banner to fall backwards into his mother's headstone. Thus the end of perhaps the man who is truly responsible for the coming monster men will know as the Hulk. You Decide? Stan Lee Iron Man Real Name: Tony Stark

The best-dressed of the Marvel heroes, he has changed his look frequently since his debut in 1963, but he can afford to: the man who wears the suits (and designs them) is wealthy inventor Tony Stark. So the man make the clothes, but do the clothes make the man?

Not only does Tony Stark have no super powers of his own, but the armor that gives him strength was also created to keep his damaged heart beating; he could not survive without his iron shell. Eventually his cardiac condition was corrected by a heart transplant, and a later that left him paralyzed was repaired with a microchip. He formerly dwelt in a recreation of Asgard in Oklahoma, using the mortal form of Donald Blake to provide a bridge between his people and the mortals surrounding them. However, Loki's subtle trickery and manipulations of Balder, combined with her time-twisting of Asgard's past and that of Bor and Odin's has enabled her to banish Thor from Asgard, stripping him of his titles, throne and legal power, and move his people to Doctor Doom's Latveria, having planned this ever since her rebirth. Thor returned to Asgard, just in time to aid them in a battle against Norman Osborn's Dark Avengers, X-Men, and H.A.M.M.E.R. forces, killing Sentry after he destroyed Asgard. Victor was left with his father's best friend Boris. Victor later discovered his mother's mystical books and artifacts. With them he was able to teach himself sorcery. He made several unsuccessful attempts to free his mother's soul from Mephisto.

Victor excelled in science, developed several inventions, and was eventually given a scholarship to Empire State University. While attending this school Victor met Reed Richards, who would later become his enemy, Mr. Fantastic. In school, they were considered scholarly rivals. One day, Victor designed an invention to rescue his mother which would become his greatest downfall. Richards attempted to warn Victor of an error in his calculations. Galan, a space explorer, discovered a radiation-plague threatening all of Taa. Though he was initially scoffed at, the truth became clear as the people of surrounding planets perished. Despite the efforts of Taa's greatest scientists, no cure could be found, and the population began to die off. Galan convinced the handful of remaining survivors to die gloriously by flying a starship into the blazing cosmic cauldron. The sentient energy spoke to Galan as it brought him into the Egg. Magneto Real Name: Magnus

The only member of his family to survive the camp, Magnus here learned how brutally human beings could treat minorities whom they considered different. After World War II Magnus married a woman named Magda and they had a daughter, Anya. When a mob prevented Magnus from rescuing Anya from dying in a fire, he used his powers to destroy them all in revenge.

It appeared that the costume was made out of an unusual material, allowing Peter to telepathically tell the costume to revert to normal clothes and back into the black costume.

After returning to earth Spider-Man continued to wear the costume, finding that it increased his already powerful abilities. He wore the costume for quite some time, until he started to feel strange. Driven to madness by the death of the woman he both loved and hated, Hermann Shmidt tried to drown the newborn infant, accusing him of murdering Martha. The doctor who had just delivered the baby saved Johann from his father, and the next morning Hermann Shmidt committed suicide. The doctor took Johann to an orphanage, where the child led a lonely existence. Johann ran away from the orphanage when he was seven years old and lived in the streets as a beggar and a thief. After his father married his colleagues' wife, Cain constantly bullied his step-brother, Charles Xavier, angry that his father favored the gentle, smart Charles to his own son, and was in-turn abused by his alcoholic father regularly. After enlisting in the US army, Marko and Xavier found the Temple of Cyttorak in Korea, where Cain impulsively grabbed a glowing ruby from the lap of an idol and read the inscription "Whosoever touches this gem shall possess the power of the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak. Henceforth, you who read these words shall become forevermore a human juggernaut." The gem's mystical power transformed Marko into Cyttorak's avatar on Earth, the Juggernaut. After years of being a villain and terrorist, Marko began to lose the powers of the Juggernaut, as he had become a hero and even joined his step-brother and his X-Men. After the releasing of the Asgardian God of Fear, seven divine hammers were sent to Earth, searching for the Worthy. Marko, who had since become a member of the Thunderbolts, became Kuurth Breaker of Stone and Cyttorak granted his power to the X-Man Colossus. His father encouraged him to work at the same plant he did, but Wally grew frustrated and hurt (and eventually apathetic) by their lack of faith in his abilities.

At a family reunion held at the Wests, Wally accidentally spilled some soda while pouring, and was yelled at by his father for keeping his head in the clouds. He went to his room crying and a familiar looking man, who he thought was maybe his uncle or something, came in and talked to him, saying he shouldn't give up on his dreams and giving him confidence that he'd reflect back on for years to come. Aquaman History: born as Orin to Queen Atlanna and the mysterious wizard Atlan, was abandoned on Mercy Reef as a baby because of his blond hair, which was seen by the superstitious Atlantean as a curse, The Mark of Kordax. Raised first by dolphins, then by a lighthouse keeper who gave him his own name, Arthur Curry, you could say he had an unusual childhood. Sometime in his teens he met and fell in love with an Inupiat named Kako. He left before he knew she was pregnant with his son.

He discovered his Atlantean heritage by dropping in on an oppressed Atlantis, and becoming a prisoner. He learned the language and who his mother was during that time, as well as forging a lasting friendship with Vulko, an Atlantean scientist.

Sometime later he was introduced to hero-hood by the Flash. He didn't like it much, but eventually learned to deal with it, as evidenced by his eventual leadership of the Justice League.

He also was able to claim his birthright as King of Atlantis, though he was surprised to discover that Vulko had led the overthrow of the oppressive religious regime, inspired by Aquaman. It depicts him as originally being an engineer at a chemical plant who quit his job to pursue his dream of being a stand-up comedian, only to fail miserably. Desperate to support his pregnant wife, Jeannie, the man agrees to help two criminals break into the plant where he was formerly employed. In this version of the story, the Red Hood persona is given to the inside man of every job (thus it is never the same man twice); this makes the inside man appear to be the leader, allowing the two ring-leaders to escape. When Gosgotha requested his ring back after the battle so that it might keep him alive Sinestro instead allowed him to die and took his place. The Guardians, unaware of his actions, allowed Sinestro to become the Green Lantern for sector 1417. Bane Real Name: Dorrance
