Created a presentation used to explain to sales teams and management teams the complex ideas surrounding printing a low cost proof and the challenges of it meeting customer expectations as a final product.
Guided coworkers to better conclusions and goals for their projects using self lead questioning.
Designed an objective grading system for archiving the analysis of printed samples.
Conveyed customer expectations to press operators and supervisors during onsite customer visits.
Developed, created, and implemented new designs and technical targets for printing press targets.
