They want you to lose the weight and keep it off. There are three critical phases to reaching and maintaining your ideal weight:

Maintenance phase Is the eating plan based on Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating Does the eating plan give tips on how to change eating habits They do, because you have a personal coach who can answer all your questions.
They create a guide for you, and give recipes and tips on how to stay on track. Are follow-up services available You have a personal counselor with whom you check-in with monthly to help you stay on track and make sure everything is going well. Does the eating plan allow regular meals and snacks It focuses on what you eat more than exercise, your meals and snacks must be following the assigned meal plan from your personal coach. Does the eating plan use food to give you all of the nutrients you need The dietitians focus on eating real food through a balanced diet, so you get all your nutrients through food. Was a dietitian involved in writing this plan The programs are researched several times and formulated by healthcare experts and evaluated by nutritional experts. Does the eating plan recommend regular physical activity The eating plan recommends daily exercise.
Workout plans will be covered with the counselor during sessions. Are there negative consequences of following this eating plan for an extended period of time Part of keeping of the weight IS following this eating plan for an extended period of time. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate this diet I rate this diet an 8.5, because it is very costly since you have a personal counselor and everything is customized to your current physical conditions.
