Transcript of Web 2.0 Prezi

Making your life easier through Technology? Is this even possible? Do you ever have a dream of having a class that engages in Learning and participates before you have to make them? Well I have 10 ways you can have the most engaged class room possible, all by using websites connected to Web 2.0 #1 You could have a class BLOG. This could be used when the students have thoughts or questions at home but they have connection to the Internet. I am sure that this would go great in your class rooms #2 You could use Google Docs This is an online callaborating site that students can acces from anywhere. Imagine a time when group project working does not end when they walk out the door. Click the link to start a Google Docs account or learn more about how it would be a great tool to have in your class room https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=writely&passive=1209600&continue=http://docs.google.com/&followup=http://docs.google.com/&ltmpl=homepage Are you tired of carrying your IPod or Mp3 player around just so your class can listen to music during tests? Well thanks to Pandora a playlist were you can have all of your music with you To get to Pandora use the below Url:

#4 You could use social networking This is like Facebook or myspace but this can be used to talk to your students while they are on a break or if they have went on a trip or you went on a trip This is very helpful for many people. To get an account started you will need to go to a social networking site and sign up. Instead of writing pages about a speech that will be happening outside of school you can log on to a social networking site and your class can talk about it while it is going on #5 You could use a Wiki A wiki is an online encyclopedia that can be edited by anyone. I know that to a teacher Wiki has a bad reputation but, You could only allow your class to edit it and Instead of everyone writing papers about a subject, your whole class can create a wiki together. #6 #3 Pandora
