it take place? The former president of Serbia Slobodan Milosevic - who is a declared war criminal, aimed at reviving dark memories of World War II,
Ustasa’s (Croatian Nazi-like movement) killing of Serbs, Jews, and Gypsies. Who was involved? In 1994, NATO initiated air strikes against Bosnian Serbs to stop the attack.
In December 1995, U.S- led negotiations in Dayton, Ohio (The Dayton Peace Accords), ended the conflict in Bosnia, and a force was created to maintain the cease fire. What finally ended the victimization of those targeted? The Bosnian Genocide took place during 1992-1995. Franjo Tudjman- What role did he media play in both supporting and hurting the "witch-hunt."? Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia and Fanjo Tudjman of Croatia used public media (televion and radio) and turned them into effective propoganda tools that intensified tensions between Serbs and Croats while demonizing the muslims. they were also supressing independent media advocating for multi-ethic coexistence.
