Intimacy vs. Isolation
Generativity vs. Stagnation
"How can I contribute to the world"
Establish careers, settle down with a relationship, and have a family
Raise children, productive at work, and being involved in the community
Leads to become stagnant and feeling unproductive

Ways to Care
For both stages you would treat them like a normal adult patient.
Talk to them like you would any adult
Their conflicts shouldn't matter if they are acting like a grown up.
