UNHEALTHY Hello there. Do you know what the right choice is when it comes to food? In this power point, I will talk about healthy, and unhealthy food, and you can decide which one to choose. So what will it be? Healthy, or Unhealthy?? Introduction The healthy. Most people strive to put these foods into their daily diets, but for some, it’s too hard. All the foods in each food group are healthy, but it’s the way you prepare them that determines if they’re healthy or unhealthy. Most people think veggies are the only healthy foods, but that’s not true. There are many healthy foods from all the four food groups to choose from. In wheat, whole grain bread, and rice are examples of healthy food. Chicken (with no skin), fish, and eggs are healthy foods from meat, and milk and yogurt from dairy. Almost all veggies are healthy, but dark green and orange vegetables are what you need in your daily diet. The Healthy The Unhealthy. The foods that people try and avoid but can never succeed at. They always succumb to preparing healthy foods into unhealthy foods for the delicious taste. As I said in the previous slide, all foods are healthy, but it’s the way you prepare and cook them that determines if they are healthy or unhealthy. For example, in essence, the potato is good, but when it is fried, greased, oiled, and turned into French fries, it then becomes, not so healthy. Examples of unhealthy foods are chips, French fries, burgers, and more. I am not saying you can NEVER eat them, but maybe lessen your intake. The Unhealthy Hello there.
