SOURCING FOR APPLICANTS
HR to utilize database, referrals, free posting sites, school list of graduates, linked in, Jobstreet, etc.
SHORTLISTING OF CANDIDATES (HR)
SHORTLISTING OF CANDIDATES (DEPARTMENT)
From the CVs handed by HR, requesting will identify shortlisted applicants.
INITIAL INTERVIEW (PHONE INTERVIEW)/ INVITATION FOR A FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW AND EXAMINATION
HR will conduct a short interview with the shortlisted applicants to validate some important information before inviting the applicant for exam and face to face interview.

HR should send an email to the requesting department to inform them of the interview schedule of the applicant/s and for them to be aware as well of the status of each shortlisted applicants.

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW WITH HRD.

PRF AND EMAIL REQUEST
Requesting Department to submit a duly accomplish Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) with approval from JMT and AJ. PRF should include Detailed Job Description of the position needed.

PRF should be in 2 copies wherein one copy will serve as a receiving copy.

CALIBRATION WITH THE REQUESTING DEPARTMENT
If needed, set a meeting with the requesting department head to make sure that both parties are aligned with the requirement and qualification of the job.
Review of Resume of applicant vs. the job specification as written in the job description.

HR to provide CVs to the requesting department for review.
