Transcript of Trisha Knowles
A dietician makes regiments for clients to ensure a healthy lifestyle by improving their diet.
Trisha Knowles is a 19-year-old sophomore in college. She's 5'10" and weighs 122lbs. Trisha was hospitalized briefly in her junior year of high school for exhaustion and dehydration (skipping meals to fit in a dance dress). She is moderately anemic. We feel that she is also anorexic.
Food Intake and Exercise
Runs 3-5 miles every morning at moderate pace. Occassional nightly work out consisting of lifting light weights or taking an aerobics
Saturated fat- 25g
Carbohydrates- 225- 325g
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs, bacon, a piece of toast, with organic orange juice. (This way Trisha is able to get some strach, protein, fruit, and some lipids)
Lunch- Romain lettuce and spinach leave salad. Add Mandarin oranges, sunflower seeds, and pieces of ham. (Vegetables, sodium, protein, and fruits)
Dinner- Whole grain spaghetti noodles, organic tomato sauce, breaded chicken, and garlic bread. Drink a organic fruit juice (starch, protein, vegetables, fruits, lipids)
