We no longer make our products Outsourcing & They have more in common then you think! I will demonstrate.... 20 years ago, consumer demanded companies to lower prices, so they did. But how did they do it?
Outsourced Production of Goods Overseas Outsourcing lowered prices especially for Nike customers but society disapproved because of the outsourced working conditions In return for answering consumer & customer demands for lowering prices....media issues occured for brands and still exist 15 years later Now prices are lowered, now customers want ease of purchase Large corporations like Wal-Mart respond and other businesses are born like www.Ebay.com Have consumers really get what they wanted over the past 15-20 years?
Websites cost money therefore cost go up
Does that offset your savings on outsourcing production and supply?
However, your purchases are easier now
Let's take a walk through the supply chain and purchase of a consumer via e-commerce for a pair of Nike shoes
