MICROSOFT EXCEL 2007 Compute each criteria
a. Sum of quizzes and performance
b. Average of Projects & Recitation
c. Equivalent Percentage STEP 6 Compute the total
grade to summary
worksheet STEP 6 Link percentages to Summary worksheet

a. To open the link for Quiz column in
Summary worksheet, type equal sign (=).
b. Open Quiz worksheet, and then click
the first percentage.
c. Press enter to activate the link
d. Once the first link appears in the first student, drag auto fill downward to link
the rest of the student’s quizzes. STEP 7 STEP 1 STEP 4 STEP 3 STEP 2 Open the MS Excel 2007, Right
click the sheet tab and Rename each worksheet according to the following:
a. Quiz- 10%
b. Performance – 25%
c. Project – 20%
d. Recitation- 20%
e. Periodic Test – 25%
