Your body will deal with it! Influenza (Flu) The flu is a virus that causes you to have a
fever, cough, sore throat, a headache, and more. The flu! You can get a vaccine that will help you
to not get it but you should still wash your hands. Strep throat Strep throat is a bacterial throat infection that can make your throat feel sore and scratchy. Strep throat! Clean your hands. You can get it simply by breathing it in or touching
a surface with the virus and the presiding to touch your
face. What is it? How do you get it? How do you prevent it? To prevent getting it in the first place just wash your hands! That simple! What is it? How do you get it? You get it the same way you get the cold. How do I prevent it? Each year the vaccine has to be changed. What is it and how do I get it? Streptococcal bacteria are highly contagious. They can spread through airborne droplets when someone with the infection coughs or sneezes, or through shared food or drinks. You can also pick up the bacteria from a doorknob or other surface and transfer them to your nose, mouth or eyes. How do I prevent it? Cover your mouth. Don't share personal items. As simple as 1 2 3!! Athlete’s Foot What is it and how do you get it? Athlete's foot is a fungal infection that develops in the moist areas between your toes and sometimes on other parts of your foot. Athlete's foot usually causes itching, stinging and burning. Athlete's foot is contagious and can be spread by contact with an infected person or with contact with contaminated surfaces Chickenpox What is it and how do you get it? Chickenpox (varicella) is a viral infection that causes an itchy, blister-like rash. Chickenpox is highly contagious to people who haven't had the disease nor been vaccinated against it. Chickenpox How do I prevent it? The chickenpox (varicella) vaccine is the best way to prevent chickenpox. Athlete’s Foot How do I prevent it? Keep your feet dry, especially between your toes. Go with natural materials. Change socks and stockings regularly.
