Mendenhall Glacier
The Mendenhall Glacier is located in Juneau, Alaska.
The Nile River Delta
The Nile River Delta is located in Egypt.

Delta: A river delta is a landform that is formed at the mouth of the river, where the river flows into an ocean, sea,estuary, or lake.
A normal river would flow North to South. The Nile flows South to North!
The Taiwan Strait
The Taiwan Strait is located in Taiwan, a quite small island outside of China.
Strait: A narrow passage of water connecting two seas or two large areas of water.
The Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon is located in Arizona.
Canyon: A deep gorge, typically one with a river flowing through it.
Glacier: A slowly moving mass or river of ice formed by the accumulation and compaction of snow on mountains or near the poles.
Australian Coastlines
The Australian Coastlines are a beautiful sight for any pair of eyes.
Death Valley
Coastline: The outline of a coast with regard to its shape and appearance.
Death valley is home to one of the many alluvial fans. It is located near Las Vegas.
Alluvial Fan: A fan or cone-shaped deposit of sediment crossed and built up by streams.
Sahara Desert
The Sahara Desert is located in the Middle East.
The Black Hills
The Black Hills are located from South Dakota
to Wyoming.
Hills: A naturally raised area of land, not as high or craggy as a mountain.
Lake: A large body of water surrounded by land.
Desert: An area of land, usually in very hot climates, that consists only of sand, gravel, or rock with little or no vegetation, no permanent bodies of water, and erratic rainfall.
Lake Aralb
Lake Aral is one of the 5 largest lakes in the world. It is located in Egypt.
Paraná River Floodplain
The Paraná River Floodplain is located in Brazil.
Mauna Loa
Floodplain: An area of low lying ground adjacent to a river, formed mainly of river sediments and subject to flooding.
The Mauna Loa Volcano is located in Hawaii.
Volcano: A mountain or hill, typically conical, having a crater or vent through which lava, rock fragments, hot vapor, and gas are being or have been erupted from the earth's crust.

Tibetan Plateau
The Tibetan Plateau is located between China and India.
River: A large natural stream of flowing in a channel to the sea, lake or another such stream.
Plateau: An area of relatively level high ground.
Mississippi River
Beach Grabbable
Beach Grabbable is located in the Philippines.
Sandy Beach: A gently sloping zone where deposits of unconsolidated sediments
are subject to wave action at the shore of an ocean or lake.
Mount Everest
Mountains: A large natural elevation of Earth's surface rising abruptly from the surrounding level.
This stunning landform is located in Nepal and it is very well known for the treacherous journey you must take to get to the top.
The Western Planes of Australia
Plains: A large area of flat land with few trees.
The Mississippi River is located in the United States of America.
The Western Plains of Australia are very dry and plain. They are located in Australia.
The Italian Peninsula
The Italian Peninsula is located in Italy.
Peninsula: A piece of land almost surrounded by water or projecting out into a body of water.
Valley: a low area of land between hills or mountains, typically with a river or stream flowing through it.
Yungay Valley
Yungay Valley is located in Venezuela.
Isthmus of Potidea
The Isthmus of Potidea connects the Kassandra Peninsula with Greece. It's located in Europe.
Isthmus: A narrow strip of land with sea on either side, forming a link between two larger areas of land.
The Faroe Islands are located near England.
The Faroe Islands

Island: A piece of land surrounded by water.
