A Visionary
A Creative budgeter
Able to navigate politics
Persuasive; able to convince others of the value of technology initiatives;
Be able to take a step back, take a deep breath, and say “this too shall pass.” What to Expect:
Mr. Boncal would like to place a device such as an iPad or laptop in the hands of each student and teacher. We have been ready for a one-to-one initiative and the comprehensive professional development that needs to come with it. Mr. Boncal is all that he described, yet so much more to this district.
