Came from greek mythology

Long ago there was a great hero named Perseus, He had been sent on a quest to kill a monster called a Hydra. It lived on a deserted island in the middle of the pacific ocean. It was told that if you cut off the head of a hydra, two more will grow back in its place. This didnt stop Perseus from wanting to defeat the monster, it just provoked him to go and kill it once and for all.
Perseus got his crew together and set out to find this deserted island. it took weeks of hard work and labor before the had found it. Surrounding the island were remains of other ships that had ventured here in the past. Once he made it to shore, Perseus saw many skeletons of humans and animals, he ignored them and set out to find the hydra, the only way to find it was to get to a high place on the island.
He climbed the mountain that oversaw the entire island and on top of it, he saw a hole that looked like it went down forever, Perseus couldn't worry about that now, he had to finish what he started. He looked but couldn't see any sign of the Hydra, then from out of no where one of its heads appeared in front of him. Perseus took his sword and without thinking he chopped off the head of the monster. He realized his mistake but it was too late, two heads grew back in place of the first. as he looked around he could see other heads popping out from the dense forest under him.
Knowing He couldn't defeat the hydra, Perseus jumped into the hole, the Hydra followed. it was told that the hole was so deep that it trapped the hydra in it. Whenever the hydra blew fire it would go up the side of the pit and make a volcano. This is how volcanoes were made and why they erupt.
