Case #33214
At approximately 1 am on the morning of Oct. 6, 2012, two males identified as Jerimiah Paiz and Cayde Lish were involved in a verbal dispute over an unidentified female acquaint. After an exchange of threatening words from both parties, the argument then turned into a physical altercation, leaving victim Jerimiah Pazi to being pronounced dead while being treated at St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center, suffering from 14 stab wounds. The suspect was interviewed, confessed, and eventually charged with voluntary Manslaughter.
Factors to consider:

1) Both parties were intoxicated
2) No solid witnesses to verify story
3) Only witness is the suspect
