Ability to live in the moment
getting to you?
To start, take several deep breaths...
notice where you feel your breath...
at the tip of your nostrils?
in your chest?
in your belly?
Just notice your breath...
as it flows in and out...
for several minutes...
10 minutes if you can...
Wherever you feel it...
Try meditating for just a few minutes...
at your desk
in the car
on a bench at the park or the mall
that's all there is to it.
