Transcript of Goal Setting

What's your goal?
In order to achieve something,
one needs
MOTIVATION
Without knowing where you want to end up, how can you expect to get there?

"If you plan to go nowhere, then you are sure to
end up there
"

Enough support and opportunity to make it attainable.
ACHIEVABLE
The goal should require you to stretch some, but allow the likelihood of success.
REALISTIC
TIMELY
The goal should state the time period in which it will be accomplished.
