Chocolate Dark Chocolate Dark chocolate has antioxidants in it, which
gets rid of nasty radicals. white chocolate Milk chocolate was probably the most successful chocolate in the
world, but it wasn't the easiest chocolate to make. Daniel Peters was the creator of milk chocolate. But during his journey of developing milk chocolate he had a very had task. That task was to add water to the ground beans. Because water caused the chocolate to shrink he couldn't add milk. However when he met Henry Nestle,the creator of evaporated milk, Henry gave him the idea of adding sweetened condensed milk to it. Milk Chocolate white chocolate isn't actually chocolate at all. It only contains the cocoa fat, and then made into a butter form. Radicals are a virus that you have in your body. They
can effect your DNA and other crucial cells, that are
vital for when you get older. Chocolate is a sensational treat, and delicious as it may be chocolate, has some very interesting facts surrounding it. There may hindrances or positive factors, you can never be to certain of what you might discover. About 2000 years ago the cocoa bean was first discovered and
drunk as a liquid refreshment. The Mayon indians and Aztecs recognized the beans importance both as a bean and currency.
When the pods were first taken to England not many people used it until it was put into a bar form, even then it wasn't very popular.When Peter made the first milk chocolate bar the selling market of chocolate went up. Today the market is so much bigger, No one could of predicted how popular it would become. There are now is huge range of types of chocolate. cocoa fat which can be found in the cacao bean it's self, is separated from the rest of the bean. milk solids, 3.5% milk fat, and no more than 55% sugar or other sweeteners. The cocoa butter which does have a slight taste of the chocolate flavor is then mixed with, sugar, milk and other flavours and colourings.
