All applications are reviewed first by your College Student Admin Office.

If your application is on academic grounds, your College will:
approve or deny the application;
drop any courses, if required;
inform you of the outcome; and
send the application to DSA to issue a new eCoE, if required.
Application review - Compassionate and compelling grounds
If your application is on compassionate and compelling grounds, your College will:
indicate if they support the application or not; and
send the application to DSA for review.

Once your application is received by DSA, along with all supporting documentation, DSA will:
approve or deny the application;
drop any courses, if required;
inform you of the decision; and
issue you with a new eCoE if required.
