Within 10 minutes after hearing the lecture, review your notes.
On day 2, review notes for 10 minutes and
On day 7 review notes for 5 minutes.
By day 30 you will only have to review for 2-4 minutes to reactiviate the brain annd keep a high rate of remembering. The Format Create Format
