  5. lanes harbor.
  6. Let's take a dive in.
  7. What did we have overall as a team, it was
  8. awesome to see our load per day, percentage growth.
  9. 5.9%. Um, we are up to 61.45 loads per day
  10. across the board for the team coming in at three
  11. million $154,841 in revenue and 342005 89 and gross margin.
  12. Love to see us at the 11%, especially to 53
  13. gross margin per load.
  14. Now let's take a deep dive into what the team
  15. did this month, Hailey Segal up first.
  16. What do we have load per day growth.
  17. Four shore Haley coming in at 16.73 loads per day.
  18. Just over a million in revenue and coming in at
  19. 117,000 5 96 in margin.
  20. What did Hayley have to say about some of her
  21. accounts Carry four loads per day.
  22. We were able to get together the monthly load report
  23. to send back so that dan salad, they can start
  24. to gain access to the spot board and bring us
  25. in some higher paying loads.
  26. It's awesome ken who is one of the planners over
  27. there. Haley's built a great relationship with, He actually said
  28. that he does not worry about molo the way that
  29. he does other carriers.
  30. So definitely awesome to see that like Dallas Constant communication
  31. has given us more opportunities.
  32. Not only that.
  33. $42,000 in margin for lack Dallas Ferreira coming in at
  34. 30 Km margin.
  35. We might need to look for a new carrier for
  36. our el paso the Bolingbrook claim.
  37. However, we do constantly communicate obviously with scott over at
  38. blue jay to make sure that anything that we need
  39. to move around reschedule is done in a timely manner.
  40. Um Pereira though coming in at 30 km margin Schwan's,
  41. we average four loads per day with an overall margin
  42. of again almost $31,000.
  43. So accounts are bringing money, we're working with the team
  44. or make sure that we're communicating properly awesome.
  45. Work daily.
  46. Next up, who do we have john Crosbie, the crafty
  47. vet team lead.
  48. Let's check out what his numbers look like john coming
  49. in at 13.55 loads per day.
  50. 99 672,007 in revenue and 5 71,028 and gross margin
  51. Game Change coming at around four loads per day.
  52. We had a couple of projects with them.
  53. Again, the communication updating the Google sheet has proven again
  54. the communication is a huge piece of this account.
  55. $20,000 a margin.
  56. Love to see it and all that.
  57. There's a couple other projects coming up to round out
  58. the summer.
  59. So excited to see that sealed air.
  60. 100% of our loads were pre booked for the month
  61. of august capitalize on back of great brian five K
  62. and margin, but again Very cool to see us capitalizing
  63. on the backup freight and not just primary freight or
  64. if anything, we'd like to see more spots right from
  65. one um, also has been helping stuff with the spire
  66. hand cook the other account, feeding America.
  67. So it's been good to see that john has had
  68. those coaching moments to make sure that stuff is continually
  69. growing her freight like you next up Trevor Razo Coming
  70. in at just shy of the 20 load per day
  71. Mark 18.55, $980,024 in Rev and 98,009 76 in gross
  72. margin. What did trump have to say about some physic
  73. counts. L um, we actually have a customer visit tomorrow
  74. Tuesday. I'm excited to see Sean.
  75. Haven't seen him in ever to be honest with you
  76. in person.
  77. So very cool to be able to sit down with
  78. him tomorrow.
  79. Talk about what's going on for the rest of the
  80. year. Also any operational things that we can do better
  81. for them, paris We had a little bit of trouble
  82. with our Wisconsin and walk walkersville michigan loads however, we
  83. had a conversation around it.
  84. We decided not to just take everything that we needed
  85. to, We're instead going to reject it so that we're
  86. not rolling loads constantly and taking what we feel that
  87. we can service Julita went from 10 loads per week
  88. Down to five due to quality issues at the shipper.
  89. What we still are getting the schedules earlier, we're working
  90. with Jason blair, working with uh Sanchez, we're working with
  91. kurt Williams, a bunch of guys to make sure that
  92. we have those loads pre booked and for the best
  93. margin, try to keep it up man, love to see
  94. where you're at five months into the program.
  95. Can't wait to see what the next five look like.
  96. Next up Matt Raimondi, how did he look?
  97. Matt, low growth was up 44.29% actually to 17.73 loads
  98. per day.
  99. 9927008 63 and Rev 105007 55 G.
  100. M. What did that have to say about some of
  101. his accounts?
  102. Let's take a look.
  103. Perhaps uh small drop in volume however, went from 5.9
  104. loads per day down to 5.1.
  105. Our gross margin went from 40 to 455 down to
  106. about 32 ish.
  107. However, there's still lots of opportunities that Mark kelly is
  108. getting looking forward to again, growing with them obviously in
  109. different parts of the country, different facilities, so exciting reserves.
  110. We cranked it up with them this month, had a
  111. great month, volume one from 1.9 loads per day to
  112. 3.3 to 402.43% load per day growth, we have two
  113. new lanes um going to texas and indiana gross margin
  114. one from 7 4032 33 that's right.
  115. 6 33,077.
  116. Also we have to dedicated carriers are michigan loads and
  117. indiana loads moving forward, so very awesome to see chase
  118. and matt growing that account.
  119. I think there's a lot of opportunity there can't wait
  120. to see what happens in the next coming once martin
  121. brower, holy smokes, projects beyond projects, Capitalization communication is the
  122. name of the game with them and we have done
  123. that phenomenally service, the opportunity that we had in the
  124. Northeast for lamb Weston um, and now we're helping out
  125. with uh store drop offs, so we're averaging around eight
  126. loads per day for them right now.
  127. We've gotten out of their opportunities down in Lexington south
  128. Carolina and also in East point Georgia, 543.9% gross margin
  129. per day growth for Martin Brower Very cool to see
  130. that Barry as well, 116.94% load per day growth.
  131. So accounts are growing, We're growing up corporate account, our
  132. margin is there, I cannot wait to see what Q4
  133. brings us obviously with the added value, Great work matt,
  134. keep it up.
  135. Dude. Next up we got Ashley wanda coming in at
  136. 4.3 loads per day.
  137. 3 112,038 in revenue and coming in at a GM
  138. of 9 2048 actually had to say that stora Enzo,
  139. we had some high volume on Philly to Richmond were
  140. able to stay in the positive margin for it.
  141. Again. The communication with the carrier floor on those lanes
  142. is huge.
  143. Working with the carrier manages to make sure that we're
  144. put freight on the best day possible for us to
  145. get that low, pre booked west rock, high volume oil
  146. Arlington and Dallas margin wasn't, is where we wanted it
  147. to be.
  148. However, I think we can work with the strike cap
  149. team to try and find some better cap down there.
  150. Ashley keep it up, can't wait to see that load
  151. per day growth continued to climb.
  152. Lastly stuff cetera coming in at 1.64 loads per day
  153. would love to get her to at least the 25
  154. ish area within the next month.
  155. Um, but feeding America Chase Golf and also had lunch
  156. with robert levy over there.
  157. Um, very cool to see that the interaction that they
  158. had on the golf course.
  159. Uh, and then obviously adopt more opportunities for us.
  160. We helped out with hurricane relief loads, um, food donations
  161. that were again going to help the people that were
  162. in those areas.
  163. So also aspire building relationship with jodi has definitely improved
  164. again while we focus on our low building accuracy, making
  165. sure that our communications there and then hand cook.
  166. We obviously have seen our load per day count growth
  167. and it's very cool to see, worked with Ryan Nolan
  168. to make sure that we're seeing the low tenders come
  169. over rather than just having to go onto the website
  170. and check it Every 25 minutes.
  171. So operationally that was an improvement.
  172. Lastly lengthen learning lounge, We went through everybody on the
  173. team. Me and Matt Ramani talked, he came up with
  174. a great idea.
  175. Why don't we have a guest every other week?
  176. I thought that was phenomenal.
  177. So the first week we had Michael live, it was
  178. awesome. Um, he picked how to crush self doubt and
  179. build self confidence.
  180. It was very cool to see the conversation with the
  181. entire team in live, um, bouncing ideas off one another
  182. again, continually learning utilizing linkedin, be it, whether it's in
  183. the industry or whether it's in our personal or professional
  184. day to day.
  185. It's cool to see everybody starts to learn from it
  186. myself included.
  187. That's a wrap, august, great month to four.
  188. We're about to head into it.
  189. Let's keep the train rolling.
  190. I'll see you all next month.
  191. Thanks
