  3. I currently live in Fort Collins colorado.
  4. I came out here to get my degree in elementary
  5. education but I do love and miss Kansas so much,
  6. I love coming and visiting Kansas city because even though
  7. I love to ski and hike out here, the barbecue
  8. is not very good.
  9. I got my undergraduate degree from the University of Northern
  10. colorado, it's very similar to Emporia, it's just like the
  11. teaching college for colorado.

  13. to be an english language learner teacher.
  14. That was something that I absolutely love.
  15. I really like being a cld teacher and then an
  16. employee right now.
  17. I'm doing my Masters in curriculum and I hope to
  18. add on the masters in administration, my concentration is being
  19. a teacher leader.
  20. Um as a teacher, I just completed my first year
  21. of teaching uh huh.
  22. Um I taught third grade this past year, it was
  23. a very unique experience.
  24. I graduated in december, but while I was student teaching
  25. this past august a few weeks and a teacher had
  26. to leave, so I took over for her.
  27. So while I was student teaching, I was also teaching
  28. this class room by myself.
  29. It was such a wonderful experience.
  30. Um it's just like a great first year of teaching.
  31. Next year, I'll be teaching fourth grade.
  32. So you have any tips for teaching fourth grade?
  33. I would love some extra advice and as a in
  34. regards to technology, I feel pretty confident I had to
  35. teach online this year.
  36. So, I mean I kind of had to learn quite
  37. a bit, but I definitely still consider myself a novice
  38. in regards to technology.
  39. I just think there is so much more to learn
  40. and especially I feel so behind in regards to coding
  41. lots of my students not to do that.
  42. There's so many programs and that's a skill that a
  43. lot of people use in the real world right now
  44. that I have absolutely no experience with.
  45. So I'm just excited to learn more and I hope
  46. I can learn lots of tools to help her, my
  47. future students.
