  1. Hello I.
  2. M market minimum.
  3. And today I will be talking about my extrinsic feedback
  4. to my backhand serve table tennis.
  5. So as we can see here I my posture and
  6. positioning is slightly off when it comes to how bent
  7. my knees are.
  8. They are crouched but they should be a little bit
  9. more bent.
  10. My right foot is unfortunately forward when it should have
  11. been my left foot and I'm slightly too far away
  12. from the table.
  13. But I do have the ball in my hand, in
  14. the palm of my hand and in my left hand.
  15. So that's a good thing.
  16. So unfortunately we couldn't get the video into this presentation.
  17. But what we would see is my backswing, my forward
  18. movement and my follow through.
  19. No for the backswing, the paddle should move a quarter
  20. way across my body from my left to my right
  21. and my arm should rotate back and upwards towards my
  22. chest for my forward movement.
  23. The paddle and arms should move from forward to downwards
  24. towards the table.
  25. As you can slightly see in my photo here, you
  26. can see I have the paddle at an angle and
  27. that is for the forward and downwards movement and then
  28. from my follow through my arms should continue at the
  29. angle that I have shown here, which is in the
  30. photo and it continues to move forward and downwards and
  31. then I must be ready to receive the ball in
  32. the rally but could come now for a type of
  33. practice that helped me improve my serve and my accuracy
  34. could potentially be lining up cups or anything that's light
  35. that would be able to be knocked over with the
  36. ping pong ball, have them lined up on the edge
  37. of the table and aim for them while doing the
  38. backhand serve and making sure to follow through and to
  39. shift my weight correctly while also keeping my posture and
  40. my stance correct.
  41. Thank you very much for watching.
  42. Goodbye.
