00:01 - 00:01
Hello, everyone.
00:02 - 00:04
My name is Cristina Pena, and this is my presentation
00:05 - 00:06
for the Boogie board of directors.
00:09 - 00:12
We begin first with our CMO goals, which were the
00:12 - 00:14
goals that were given to me at the beginning of
00:14 - 00:16
the project, starting with number one.
00:17 - 00:21
Spend entire budget, which was a $5000 budget each week
00:22 - 00:24
that didn't roll over to the next week and also
00:25 - 00:30
to do so wisely, with E second goal being to
00:30 - 00:34
grow brand awareness and then, of course, increasing engagement and,
00:35 - 00:36
most importantly, sales.
00:39 - 00:42
My personal goals for this project, we're to help in
00:42 - 00:48
exceeding the 10,000% or I'm sorry, 10% of last year's
00:48 - 00:54
sales to introduce bookie culture to know the target audience,
00:55 - 01:00
create lifelong customers and then, of course, capitalizing on any
01:00 - 01:05
increases, whether it be revenue, content, awareness, engagement.
01:06 - 01:09
With that, I wanted to ensure that anything that did
01:10 - 01:12
work we would continue to capitalize on.
01:14 - 01:18
I have submitted my marketing plan inthe e portfolio.
01:19 - 01:21
What you'll see here is what I found to be
01:22 - 01:24
the most important parts of the fat marketing plan.
01:25 - 01:29
Number one, knowing our competition, who they are, what they're
01:29 - 01:32
doing if they're using social media marketing, et cetera.
01:33 - 01:36
Also the trial and Arab period that I had gone
01:37 - 01:40
through to see which platforms worked, which ones didn't and
01:41 - 01:45
what contents were which one and what content didn't as
01:45 - 01:47
well as SWAT analysis.
01:48 - 01:52
Um, with that, what were our strengths?
01:52 - 01:56
Our weaknesses are opportunities and our threats and then having
01:57 - 02:01
the best of both worlds, meaning we have a quality
02:01 - 02:05
product at a cost effective, Um, that is cost effective.
02:06 - 02:10
And that is having best the best of both worlds.
02:12 - 02:14
A SZ faras the strategy that I used on the
02:14 - 02:19
simulation I started with the editorial calendar that waas two
02:20 - 02:24
weeks of pre planning for whatever content would be used
02:24 - 02:27
posts. And so that's what I have listed here.
02:28 - 02:32
Creating quotes and hashtags used specifically for boogie platforms.
02:33 - 02:37
Time to posts Influencers, which wants to use which ones
02:37 - 02:38
not to use content.
02:39 - 02:45
Organic um, versus promoted and also creating the brand or
02:45 - 02:49
continuing to build bookies brand When it came to our
02:49 - 02:54
target audience, we geared that down to men and women
02:54 - 02:59
ages 18 to 36 specifically women, due to the fact
02:59 - 03:05
that they continue to utilize luggage, bags, purses, they are
03:05 - 03:07
our main go to.
03:08 - 03:10
So that was something that we were able to find
03:10 - 03:15
us faras the content we were able thio also her
03:16 - 03:21
find out that outdoor content, anything travel wise outdoors with
03:22 - 03:25
and without product and then our secret sauce as faras
03:25 - 03:28
the platforms became instagram.
03:29 - 03:34
They definitely are a secret weapon and they are able
03:34 - 03:36
to build a well awareness engagements.
03:37 - 03:40
And you will see that in the numbers here in
03:40 - 03:40
a little bit.
03:43 - 03:43
All right.
03:44 - 03:45
And then as far as the channels that were used,
03:46 - 03:52
that would be our instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter linked in
03:52 - 03:53
and also YouTube.
03:54 - 03:57
You can see with the numbers starting with one to
03:57 - 04:01
number 66 being the less least best and, of course,
04:02 - 04:03
number one being the best.
04:04 - 04:08
When it came to be platforms and social media marketing
04:09 - 04:14
for bookie, we were able to handle the crisis with
04:14 - 04:15
Taylor Swift very quickly.
04:16 - 04:17
We made it urgent.
04:18 - 04:22
So by clearing our editorial calendar for the week, we
04:22 - 04:26
were able to input content that would help us, um,
04:26 - 04:31
to get things going again for bookie making a public
04:32 - 04:35
announcement as faras the note and being found and the
04:35 - 04:40
content that was posted that was all inaccurate and we
04:41 - 04:42
were falsely accused.
04:43 - 04:45
So with that, what we're able to do is turn
04:46 - 04:53
that around by then posting and highlighting our, um, warehouses
04:54 - 04:57
and our workers and where they were and knowing we're
04:57 - 05:02
showing our followers that it is not international.
05:05 - 05:11
We also used Facebook and Instagram to turn around the
05:11 - 05:15
content just because that is what was initially where the
05:15 - 05:16
initial post were placed.
05:18 - 05:19
A SZ faras Taylor Swift post.
05:20 - 05:22
So that is the reason why we went with them,
05:23 - 05:23
All right.
05:24 - 05:26
And now for the good stuff, right?
05:26 - 05:28
We want to know the company growth and budget costs
05:29 - 05:32
a ce faras what was put in and what was
05:33 - 05:33
three outcome.
05:34 - 05:36
So what we have first is the revenue.
05:37 - 05:40
With these short couple weeks that we were able to
05:40 - 05:44
engage with social media marketing, we're able to increase in
05:44 - 05:46
400,000 dollars in revenue.
05:47 - 05:52
Along with that, with engagement and awareness, we were able
05:52 - 06:00
Thio have over 34 million impressions, 1.5 million engagements, over
06:00 - 06:06
half a million clicks, over 300,000 shares, and over 100,000
06:06 - 06:13
followers. So great, great, um, increases and engagement, especially in
06:13 - 06:17
building the bookie brand and then also a ce faras
06:17 - 06:22
the budget, Um, that again was the $5000 per week,
06:22 - 06:24
which totaled out to about $60,000.
06:29 - 06:31
All right, so as far as the bookie summary, this
06:31 - 06:33
is really quick to sum it up a ce faras
06:33 - 06:33
the goals.
06:34 - 06:37
I want to say that booty can create its own
06:37 - 06:41
international, um, brand.
06:42 - 06:43
It will continue with the budget.
06:44 - 06:47
Um, if we want to go ahead and increase that,
06:47 - 06:51
we'd be looking at I propose $100,000 as faras the
06:52 - 06:55
budget. Since we were able to make more profit over
06:56 - 07:00
$375,000 that would be a great investment of just 100,000
07:01 - 07:04
to put more content and promote a content out there.
07:04 - 07:08
And then I do foresee, um, great beings in the
07:08 - 07:11
futures for us increase with boo.
07:12 - 07:13
He and it's company.
07:13 - 07:14
So thank you.
