  1. Hey, Andrea, Thank you so much for clicking on my
  2. link. My name is Cesar Cruz and I am applying
  3. for the SDR manager position.
  4. I know that it's incredibly difficult nowadays to cut through
  5. the clutter and be heard.
  6. So I made this little video presentation to do exactly
  7. that and outline why I'm the best candidate for this
  8. position. I've done this if your prospects in the past
  9. and it's worked out wonderfully.
  10. So here we go.
  11. Alright. So my experience, I could bore you with the
  12. details of my past experience as an SDR manager, uh,
  13. doing weed Jen and business development and all that kind
  14. of good stuff.
  15. But they're pretty vanilla.
  16. And I guarantee you that you're going to be inundated
  17. with a lot of other highly qualified, if not over,
  18. qualified candidates right now.
  19. So I want to focus on what does make me
  20. different. What is special about me with that is going
  21. thio make your life that much easier if I were
  22. to fulfill this position.
  23. So my priorities and my method right, my priorities.
  24. I need to understand exactly what my priorities in every
  25. single role that I serve our what that means is
  26. that I can then implement my methods which essentially are
  27. strategic, transparent and collaborative, right?
  28. Strategic in the sense that I don't wanna waste my
  29. time. I don't want to waste your time.
  30. I want to do things that serve a purpose that
  31. get me closer to my goal, that get us closer
  32. to the revenue number that's been set out for the
  33. company. I'm also transparent.
  34. I never wanna be surprised later on in the quarter
  35. with bad performance or a number that I'm not really
  36. in love with in terms of meetings, opportunities, conversions, you
  37. name it.
  38. And I'm also collaborative, right?
  39. I do this a little bit more selfishly because I
  40. want to know what other resource is are available to
  41. myself, what other ideas people are working with, what reports
  42. are already existing and how I can leverage them to
  43. the team's benefit to the company's benefit.
  44. And then, lastly, and most importantly, I feel like, are
  45. my priorities.
  46. My priorities as an SDR manager are to grow the
  47. individual STRS into top performing business development representatives or account
  48. executives or really, whatever whatever path they want to take.
  49. I want to grow them, and I do that by
  50. coaching them.
  51. I am pretty traditional in how I coach, you know,
  52. I could do that.
  53. I do, though, went on one's the daily stand ups,
  54. all that kind of good stuff.
  55. But what I do is I do it more proactively
  56. and mawr uh, driven by data, right?
  57. And so one thing about me is that I measure
  58. every single thing.
  59. I measured the number of the number of seconds it
  60. takes to dial outs.
  61. Thio leave a voice message.
  62. Teoh a b testing the subject lines.
  63. Thio, you know, really maximize my time.
  64. My teams time and really, you know, get us closer
  65. to our goal, which is another thing, right?
  66. The goal for the team is always going to be
  67. at the forefront of my mind, whether it's a revenue
  68. and opportunity again, whatever it is, it's always going to
  69. be something that we're driving for.
  70. Ah, nde.
  71. To be honest, I'd rather set myself on fire than
  72. not attain my quota and not attained the team's quota.
  73. I take it very personal and I am very passionate
  74. about making sure that we hit that number and that
  75. we hit it easily that we make it look like
  76. it was nothing like it was achievable with half the
  77. effort. All right, well, that is my time.
  78. I hope you're doing well, and I will talk to
  79. you soon.
