  13. I have 10 years of experience in the non profit
  14. and government world and currently contract as a marketing specialist
  15. with a tech company.
  16. Personally, I'm committed to the advancement of girls and women.
  17. I've been involved with girls on the Run, an organization
  18. similar to Chick Tech for the past 10 years.
  19. With those folks, I've been a volunteer committee member board
  20. member, fundraiser donor.
  21. I've served in many roles, and I'm excited to build
  22. upon this work.
  23. I want to create a safe, inclusive space for women,
  24. especially in those places like tech, where there have been
  25. historic inequities.
  26. I'm also excited to apply for this job for the
  27. ability to work remotely.
  28. I've done this in the past and really enjoy not
  29. only the flexibility but the opportunity to connect with folks
  30. working across the nation on similar goals and to be
  31. a part of your North American team.
