  1. Hello. So, um, this is my pieces project.
  2. Um, I, um, named this Tully's civilization.
  3. This is, um, Tallis means lovely water.
  4. Um, it's actually north American, so yeah, just a little
  5. fun fact before we get started.
  6. So politics, the type of government that my civilization represents
  7. is a republic.
  8. The decisions are made by the people.
  9. The political structures are not that different from today.
  10. And this and this civilization, we're located near the river,
  11. so urging geography is basically water and some land around
  12. it far.
  13. And then you have some pictures.
  14. So the next thing is inventions, inventions, air, something that
  15. I've been created by humans.
  16. The people in my civilization have created the waterwheel toe,
  17. the phone boat and a sewing machine.
  18. The water will will create energy for this For the
  19. civilization. The telephone is used for communication.
  20. The boat is used for transportation.
  21. The sewing machine is used for close.
  22. Um, not only closed, but also cloth and stuff for,
  23. like, the living room and bedroom for the couches and
  24. for the bed.
  25. So yeah, They will also have weapons such as knives,
  26. bone arrows and basic guns for protection.
  27. They will also have somewhere for eating and basic household
  28. items such as kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms.
  29. Here are the inventions and pictures.
  30. So you have the boat for transportation.
  31. The water railed.
  32. Bow and arrow, the kitchen, sewing machine, telephone, nice guns,
  33. living room.
  34. And the kitchen.
  35. I mean bedroom, not kitchen.
  36. So environment and human interactions.
  37. The environment that my civilization will live in is near
  38. a river for human interactions.
  39. People will know how to trade.
  40. They don't know how to transport, which is by boat,
  41. and they will know how to farm.
  42. So environment is where the people live.
  43. The people will live near the Nile River.
  44. They will have a good source of food and water.
  45. They will also have a good source of energy.
  46. The human interactions air trade, transport and farming.
  47. They will have trade.
  48. They will trade fish and wheat.
  49. And, um, whatever else they farmed, such as corn and
  50. fruits and vegetables and stuff.
  51. Um, they will get the fish from the river and
  52. wheat and everything from the farming.
  53. They will transport this by boat, but so the top
  54. you have your the boat.
  55. Um, this is representing trade.
  56. Um, you have farming, and you have this boat which
  57. is representing transportation.
  58. Next, we have culture, just like in the United States
  59. and the Tali civilization.
  60. The people are free to have whatever religion they want
  61. to have.
  62. People do festivals, holidays, et cetera.
  63. People are in the religion from traveling to other parts
  64. of the world, and then they teach other people.
  65. So basically, let's, um, let's say one person travels to
  66. India. They learned their culture, religion, etcetera.
  67. And then they bring it back to the civilization and
  68. they teach other people about it.
  69. Other people would go other places, learn their culture and
  70. religion and bring it back.
  71. So here's some pictures.
  72. So the first one is festivals.
  73. Um, the second one is a Thanksgiving dinner, and the
  74. third one is Christmas.
  75. So the Thanksgiving and Christmas are representing Ah, holiday.
  76. Um, yeah.
  77. So the next one is economics.
  78. Some valuable resource is that are, in my environment are
  79. minerals, water.
  80. There's also gravel, which in the future, we could use
  81. for roads and there's also food.
  82. This civilization did not use money, but they did use
  83. trade. They traded valuable items such as fish and cloth
  84. for different items that we don't maintain near us.
  85. We traded with the Europeans and we needed slash Wanted
  86. to get would precious stones and gems such as courts,
  87. because we could use this for buildings.
  88. Um, and stuff like that.
  89. The next one.
  90. We have a social structures.
  91. So for the social classes, you have the upper class,
  92. which is the government.
  93. And then you have the middle class, which was basically
  94. just people who have jobs and finally have the working
  95. class, which was everybody else.
  96. And they just worked at home and farmed.
  97. The only people who benefited were the government because they
  98. had the most control.
  99. The laborers were in this, uh, the laborers in the
  100. society were just the middle and working class because there
  101. were the people working.
  102. Um, so they farm, they fish the made food, etcetera.
  103. So this you you can see you have the upper
  104. class, the middle class and the working class.
  105. So that's it.
  106. And then you have your work cited.
  107. Um, so if you click this link, I could get
  108. it. Um, like this.
  109. So, on the side, when you click this link on
  110. the side, you'll see.
  111. Um, like multiple of what I have is a picture
  112. here. And then you'll click the little button that the
  113. arrow is pointing to and that will show you all
  114. of the work cited.
  115. So, yes, that is my presentation.
  116. Um, of the pieces project.
  117. This was the Prezi is very hard to work with.
  118. And I see that there's a recording things.
  119. So I try to recording and hopefully it works.
  120. Thank you.
