  2. Let me tell you a little bit about myself as
  3. a child.
  4. I loved to draw.
  5. As you can imagine.
  6. My drawings looked phenomenal.
  7. I came across my inspiration due to my father.
  8. My dad had taken a few art classes in school
  9. and the drawings he showed me amazed me and led
  10. me to try and be like him.
  11. I continued to draw throughout grade school.
  12. But once I was in high school, my creative passion
  13. veered away from drawing to music and choir.
  14. I lost a passion I once had for the physical
  15. art. That is, until I found the video about magic.
  16. The gathering called war of the spark.
  17. My artistic passion sparked and caused a fire within me.
  18. I was in awe by the amazing animation and art.
  19. Seeing the characters from the card game come to real
  20. life blew my mind.
  21. The video made me feel the emotions of the characters.
  22. I could feel the sadness of a mother trying to
  23. protect her son.
  24. I could feel the betrayal of liliana as deck is
  25. killed by her army of the undead and as Ileana
  26. switches sides to fight against Nicol bolas.
  27. I felt relief and excitement to see what was going
  28. to happen next.
  29. All of these feelings set my passion for art and
  30. storytelling ablaze.
  31. Following this re ignition.
  32. I have picked up a pencil and paper and began
  33. to draw with a passion that I had never felt
  34. before. Drawing, drawing changed for me.
  35. I felt free to share my emotions through lines on
  36. a page.
  37. I can express my emotions that I had within me.
  38. I continued to practice and learn more about this wonderful
  39. new discovery.
  40. After a while I felt my passion began to slow.
  41. I could see that my art could not fully express
  42. the emotions that I felt.
  43. I decided I needed to take a course to help
  44. me to be able to come to become able to
  45. draw and create what I had in my mind.
  46. I began to look around for options that could help
  47. me to achieve this goal.
  48. After looking around, I got a call to put me
  49. on track and boosted my motivation full sail University invited
  50. me to the classes I needed to take to achieve
  51. this goal.
  52. My passion began to grow more and more.
  53. As I started class, I felt energetic and optimistic about
  54. the path that I was on from there.
  55. I began to learn and grow artistically like I had
  56. never done before.
  57. I learned fundamentals shading 3D foundations, character creation rigging and
  58. so much more along the process of learning and growing.
  59. I worked on a video in project.
  60. My role was to design some of the weapons that
  61. the characters might be using.
  62. So I got right to it and design a sleek
  63. black sword that can turn the enemies into ash kind
  64. of like this.
  65. But in my head it was a little bit cooler.
  66. The instructor loved this idea and decided that this weapon
  67. would be used by the main protagonist.
  68. Through more of these projects.
  69. I finally had the knowledge and the skill that I
  70. needed for my goals and since then I have been
  71. traveling around everywhere to help others bring imaginations into reality.
  72. one example is when I worked on a project with
  73. activision, the game we were creating was based on the
  74. book series Miss Born by Brandon Sanderson.
  75. I helped to design buildings and miscellaneous items on the
  76. street and was recognized for the well constructed art.
  77. All of these creations are made possible by wizards of
  78. the coast.
  79. Out that amazing inspiring video, I could not be here
  80. today. Now that I am here, we can create some
  81. amazing things.
  82. We can build worlds.
  83. Never explored.
  84. We could meet people no one has ever met.
  85. We could express emotion and captured the attention of everyone
  86. who has witnessed the same emotions.
  87. We could do great things together.
