- Hi, my name is bailey fuller and today I'm going
- to be presenting my Djuhari window.
- So first I have my open self which is the
- self that I project that I am aware, myself and
- others are aware.
- So these consists of me being strong willed and determined,
- bighearted and open, genuine and I consider myself a very
- realistic and optimistic person.
- I feel like there's a time and place for each
- So I kind of try and balance the two.
- I feel as if I'm very open minded.
- My friends feel that too.
- I think that is the main reason why I have
- the friends that I do today next I have my
- blind self which are things that my friends and other
- people can recognize about myself that I cannot recognize.
- I feel as if all of these really surprised me
- except the empath one, I am very in tune with
- my oceans and other people's emotions, but I never viewed
- myself as an impact.
- So I felt like I unconsciously was aware of that.
- But now I am consciously that it's brought to my
- attention. I think the one that surprised me the most
- was how many of my friends could not find anything
- to say about me.
- Well they had something to say, but it wasn't a
- lot because the first thing they told me was I
- think you're pretty aware of yourself.
- I honestly didn't think that I was that aware of
- myself but knowing that now brings me a lot of
- comfort because it makes me realize that I'm not as
- lost as I thought I was.
- Um others also view me as very self disciplined, which
- makes sense in my school and work and very influential
- on others.
- Next we have my hidden self, which is the self
- that I do not project onto others that only I
- am aware of.
- For the first one, it's me feeling drained.
- My social battery is very low, It's very small and
- it's always about on 20% all the time.
- So I do feel drained a lot when I'm talking
- to people are interacting with others.
- So Hopefully in the future I can fix that and
- get a little higher.
- So maybe about 75%, that would be great.
- Also, I feel really stuck in this place in this
- place in my life.
- Um however, I try not to be too hard on
- myself because given what I've gone through and the circumstances
- that I am um experiencing it makes sense that I
- would feel unhappy.
- However, there's things I can't control, so I can't really
- be upset with myself.
- Time into me being drained, I would say that I
- am a overflowing emotional break emotional bank.
- My dad as a kid, I don't really have anybody
- to talk to or dump my feelings out on except
- my mom, but you know, sometimes she was that word
- you're busy so I can't really talk, you know, so
- I took it upon myself growing up unconsciously to be
- that person that people talk to, which is great.
- However, that means a lot of people dump their trauma
- on me and it affects me emotionally.
- I didn't think it would affect me that much but
- it's gotten to the point where um I can't identify
- my own emotions and when I do feel some type
- of way I can't really express it because I'm essentially
- numb. Uh huh.
- Last but not least I have my unknown self which
- is the self that I am unaware of and others
- are unaware of this self.
- I can probably say is my undiagnosed A.
- D. H.
- D. Growing up.
- I could see it here and there but I never
- really like thought anything about it.
- I was just like oh it's fine I can't really
- focus sometimes or I zone out which is okay I'm
- pretty sure it happens to everyone but as I've gotten
- a little older it's starting to get worse.
- It doesn't impact my school or work but it's kind
- of just annoying and I feel like it might impact
- me in ways that I'm still unaware of and I
- feel like I probably should go to a doctor and
- at least try and figure out what the problem is
- before it gets worse and that is the end of
- my presentation.
- Thank you so much, bye.
