  2. I'm the lead specialist on the guest services team currently
  3. in Tropical Discovery with one of our komodo dragons.
  4. Madeira.
  5. So what do I do as late specialist?
  6. Well, big part of my job is offering support whether that is for the coordinators,
  7. assisting them with any projects that they might need,
  8. maybe alleviating some of that stress.
  9. I also assist with concierge and the
  10. call center team helping guests purchase memberships,
  11. taking phone calls, anything like that.
  12. But I'm also here to offer support to you the guest service representatives.
  13. So anything that you might need if you need an extra little
  14. break and you just want to take five minutes and get away.
