Filling:

Butter

2,8 oz

Pastry:
Mixing

Raisins

3 teaspoon

How?
1. Roll 3/4 of the pastry
2. Place it on the bottom of the baking tray
3, Fill the baking tray with the apples

Finish
1. Roll the remaining pastry (1/4)
2. Cut thin strips of it
3, Cover the pie filling with the crosswise strips
4. Brush the tops with half an egg
