CORDON BLUE
Procedimiento
Limpiar y hermosear la pechuga(Extraer hueso, cuero y grasa)
Filetear la pechuga
Adicionar la sal, el adobo y la salsa de tomate
Adicionar el jamón y el queso mozarrella
Enrollar el filete
Harinar el filete: Incorporar harina, huevo batido y miga de pan
Freír en aceite
Porcionar el cordón blue en tajadas
Decorar con una hoja de perejil y uva pasa
Monta y servir.

Ingredientes
1 pechuga de pollo
 2 tajadas de queso mozarrella
 2 tajadas de jamón
 1 huevo
 Salsa de tomate
 Adobo para carnes
 Harina
 Miga de pan
 Sal
